Hi - my first triathlon is at hever on the 30th sept - cant wait. Has anyone raced at hever who can give me any tips or help. What's the bike and run course like. I'm doing the 800m swim, 40k bike and 8k run. Thanks James

Swim is wet and flat

Bike is indulating - 2 climbs but certainly not like the alps

Run - flat and off road

I found Hever pretty difficult, but I think I was having an off day On that day I must have left my bike legs at home.

It had rained heavily and the run course could only be described as horrendous. So hopefully you'll have good weather in the lead up to it.
