Joe Beer Training Plan Advice

Im after a bit of advice, ive posted on here and the Tritalk forum and i have also contacted the help desk in MyTri but im still waiting for a response.
have bought a 12 week joe beer training plan £10 but i don't want to use the Mytri data base as i already use sportracks.
My Questions are:
1) Does anyoneone know if its possible to print the sets off so i can take them swimming with me?
2) Downlaod the training plan in a format that can be uploaded in sportracks (fit or tcx) fitplan or garmin or garmin fitness?
