Joining myTri?

Not sure if anyone responsible from myTri will be reading this forum, but worth a shot...
Having seen the latest myTri challenge I thought I'd sign up. Apparently all I need is an account, and then I can join the challenge and/or start posting activities. Obviously I have an account as I can post here, but for some reason myTri doesn't recognise this. Is there a separate sign-up, or is membership of myTri perhaps closed?
Any ideas anyone?
