turbo vs rollers
Anybody have any thoughts to share wrt a turbo trainer or rollers for stationary training? i'd appreciate any real world experience as am in process of choosing and not sure which type of system to go for.
Are you an already competent rider? If so then go for rollers - you will need to be able to stay on the ball and concentrate for your whole session. One false move and your off! but an excellent piece of kit to have.
Turbo - also a great bit of kit. The more you spend on one of these then the better the resistance/noise/functions. Great for nailing short sharp speed sessions as well as longer sets when the weather is rubbish (in the UK).
