I have been volunteered to run a 12 week novice/newbie/beginner program with this race as the overall objective at Billesley Indoor Tennis Centre, Wheelers Lane. B13 0ST.
Studio cycling sessions on Monday & Wednesday form part, a probable bookable Friday session with an attached run & a Thursday run form the basis of the scheme, the lack of a pool here should not be seen as an impediment to this scheme being an excellent intro to a novice/newbie or returner.
Anyone interested or knowing of anyone interested at £4 per session or the whole 12 weeks for £50 its the bargain of the season, especially for newbies.
