5'3" LADY LOOKING FOR 2nd HAND TT BIKE HIRE OR BUY

I'm a 5'3" Lady looking for a TT bike (~48cm) - EITHER HIRE or POSSIBLY BUY - to use at the age group Worlds. If hire, I need a couple of weeks beforehand to get used to the bike. Can't afford a new TT and there seem to be no ladies' XS second hand bikes about at the moment. Can I hire a bike from anyone for 3 weeks or a month? Or are you about to upgrade & want to sell your TT? I can only ask! Any options & ideas gratefully received. I'm based north of Milton Keynes.
