To much running? is old man time tapping you on the knees, he did me and buggered them up, this year i was still going to race but drop out of the run and not finish one, it would have been nice to finish just one.
If only there was a swim bike event…. There is, how excited am I, see endless surfing of the net is not a waste of time....
I found the AquaBike event it’s bigger in America but looks like it is starting here.
So all you crippled athletes hobble or crawl but have a look at
