Firstly hi everyone...first ever post but will hopefully not be my last...
Am hoping to do a triathlon in august/september with 3 friends, however
one friend is not the strongest swimmer and would prefer an indoor swim for our first event....Are there such races ? or is it all outdoor swims..
any help would be greatly appreciated..

Yes there are loads of pool tri events to get you and your colleagues started. I'm not sure what part of the country you are from so you would be as well logging on to the BTA website www.britishtriathlon.org and looking at the events list. This will give you details of distances and types of swim ride and run as well as details of how to enter.
