Recovery week training
Hi I was wondering what training people did on their recovery week if they do a 3:1 rotation. It is something I have read about but never tried....
Similar to a taper week, less volume & similar intensity for a taper, but recovery week, I usually wind down the intensity & every so often have a couple of days....doing..gasp..nothing! Well when I say nothing I mean nothing in our weird world sense, not nothing as in Johnny Sofa sense. So I still cycle to work, but get there late cuz I forgot I was supposed to be going slower, still teach my classes but dial down my intensity a touch, run for the fun of being out rather than a specific session etc etc.
