Hi,



this will be my first ow tri. Anyone ever done this. Is on this weekend, am really looking forward to it.

Swim is obviously the worry... how is the swim, is it with the tide, how are the waves etc... because I went for a swim this evening and nearly imploded with the cold....nevermind the difficulty swimmin the sea compared to the pool !!!

    It's in the South West of Ireland - no public transport goes there - nightmare!

    Valentia is a great sprint around an island off Kerry.
