Anyone been to ilkley lido?

The outdoor pool opened on Saturday, according to the Telegraph and Argus.



Was wondering whether to go and investigate it today.



I can see from the web that it is 48m in diameter, and has a shallow end - but not a lot of other stats about it.



Was wondering what it was like for swimming in.. rather than splashing about..



Anybody been?

    Sorry Jack it is not really a good pool for swimming in,just messing about with the family,the Ilkley tri is held indoors next to the lido,but the lido is oval,a small deep end,no lanes,call it a big paddling pool with a deep end.
