Just wanted to show you all where we are with team laws.
Ewan has had 1st look at his new bespoke seat that will form his race buggy.
The designer and engineer has spent hours getting it right, the dimensions, the weight, the angle of the seat in the buggy - exactly 57 degrees, the type of foam, the type of base, everything. It is immensely complicated not least because of all the health and safety rules and regulations that need to be followed.
So today we had 1st glimpse of the seat. It really is rather cool.
There is still a final cover to be put on it ( blue) - made from the same stuff as a spray deck on a Kayak, then a 5 point harness will be added ( it's going to be sunk into the padding and seat itself) and then to finally fix everything in his trailer. Then we are a go.!!!!!!!
So the final result is not far away . Should be ready just after Xmas. So if you see a skinny bloke struggling to tow an excitable little boy up and down hills , or running with him, that's me. Come and say hello and give me a kick up the backside.

This is Christmas spirit indeed, not the glutfest - what can I say, what a man, what dedication.
when is the race etc... for the folks on this forum who may be new
I'm mad!!! Got to tow the wife in the boat too now .
Just waiting on event confirmation . You all of course are most welcome to race it with us ( well start at the same time- we won't be fast !!) . One thing us for sure ..... It's going to be one he'll of an event and very emotional for my family and I.
I keep forgetting about training which isn't great. Lol
