Obvious question and not that exciting but then again its better than reading another spam post.

    Run used to be my strongest but bike improved loads - obvious innit - spent shit loads o money on the bike so obviously it must be fast. Still like the run and swim has also improved a lot but yeah the bike has the bling factor.
