I love the running part of triathlon but can not seem to build my running speed up. got any tips or advise.
There isn't really a way to advice with this... but if the current method isn't working, try something else.
Intervals - run 60s intervals at high effort, 60s off, repeat. The hard efforts need to be harder than your target pace, i.e. if you want to run 5k in 20mins (i.e. 4 mins per k) you should try to run the intervals at say 3:45 per km
