Should Week 5 Tuesday running session be '15 MINUTES running at 80-85%maxHR'? It says 15 secs but it's a mistake right?

a 20min very easy run.
Just getting legs used to transitioning between the two). Is the 60 minutes in this example the TOTAL time for the brick or just the bike time? Thanks!!
