Lets Build a Stretching Bible

Hello forum folk

I for one know i don't stretch as much as i should and i also do all the same stretches every time. I suffer with back trouble, knee trouble, and other niggles. I can't really expect anyone else to help me if i'm not helping myself by stretching properly.

It would be fantastic if we could build up a collection of recommended stretching exercises (for different workouts, i.e. swim/bike/run). Maybe upload drawings/pictures with a description so we can all see what we're should be doing!

So if you can add anything and get the ball rolling that would be great!
