I am SAD. There, i've said it before you thought it!
I have a resting HR of 44 - but after watching a tv show about dreams last night i decided to go to bed with the monitor on and record my HR during the entire night. I have just downloaded the results to my pc and its surprising how much exercise i get in during my sleep.

It dropped pretty low just after 7am..could be the next Lance Armstrong?
