I have just discovered Pilates and wondered for those who are more experienced what their favourite excercise was and why or indeed when

knees on ball and do a press up - then pull ball to chest and push back out - then swallow dive ball rolls to chest and then back to knees and start again
feels like it works on eveything and is very medative wen you get the breathing right
